Situated 1.2 km from the center of St Georges de Didonne and its magnificent 5km beach, next to Royan beach, and close to a small park with a lake and a supermarket (3 minutes' walk), this spacious villa enjoys absolute peace and quietness, as it is located in a large pavilion cul-de-sac, with another small park very close by.
