"Neiz ar roch" The nest on the rock is a home made by and for big kids who are passionate about DIY. Facing the sea and the archipelago of 7 islands, here you will be quiet. At the end of the alley of the 7 islands you will drop your suitcases on the platform provided for this purpose, a staircase of 40 steps outside will guide you to the entrance of the house.
It is a terraced house that consists of 4 levels. Only 2 levels are rented: the floor of the rooms and the large loft living space. The attic and the basement are storage spaces for the owners. The entrance is through the floor of the rooms, it consists of 4 bedrooms, a TV lounge for children, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets including 1 separate. Three rooms look at the sea, the 4th very sunny frame a green wall. The rooms are comfortable bright and quiet.
"Neiz ar roch" is a cozy nest in which one is inside while being outside, many windows frame and open on the terraces, the garden, the sky and the sea. Here, you will appreciate the storms in the heart of winter, the rare snows of December, the rains of Brittany on the sea, the mist and the almost daily sun (sometimes in a single day, you will be able to admire all these spectacles which offer the elements, well installed in our nest).
A particular care and originality were brought to the bathrooms: the bath and the sink of one are made with the wood of the frame of the old house, the walls which surround the bathtub, earth and orange color, s adorn with lego. The bathroom becomes an additional playground for children. The second bathroom consists of a black concrete sink area and a wet area in which is the hydromassage shower and the large spa bath (140 x 180 cm) that will relax after your sea bathing or hiking on the ways of customs.
You go down 1 level to find the living space fully open and glazed on the sea (north-west side) and on a terrace in a case of granite and greenery (South East side). Facing this terrace, the kitchen is open, friendly and modern in its equipment, several accessories will help you in your cooking.
The different spaces allow you to enjoy every moment of the day, breakfast on the terrace in the sun, a book shared with the children on the carpet in the reading corner, a meal with family or friends around the table at to eat or on the terrace, a coffee in the living room facing the sea, a musical experimentation on the piano facing the sea, a reading on the vegetal terrace facing the sea, an aperitif on the sea side terrace facing the setting sun and finally a fire at the corner of the fireplace.
The garden has a steep drop in front of the sea so you will go from a terrace planted to a wooden terrace and a large flat land, new playground for children through several stairs. Access to the beach is through a gate that opens on the path and the communal staircase down on the handle of Pors Nevez at the end of the beach of Trestraou.
Our house "Neiz ar roch" will be offered for rent 15 months only which correspond to our departure abroad. This is a unique opportunity that we propose to share.
