This well-designed studio makes excellent use of its space. The sleeping area features a double bed with a superior quality mattress, and there is also a sofa-bed. The apartment faces the street, filling it with natural light. The bathroom is accessible via the hallway and features both a bathtub and shower, with a separate WC. A flat-screen TV and a comfortable dining setup make the space feel welcoming and practical. The fully equipped kitchen has a mini refrigerator, stove, microwave with oven function, dishwasher and a drip coffee machine. There is no washing machine, but a laundromat is nearby. The studio is heated with individual electric radiators; please note there is no air conditioning.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM via self check-in, simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you're arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00 and 9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM to 12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We're flexible when we can be, just give us a heads-up!

A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required for all bookings, collected in accordance with platform's policies. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.

A short walk from the Panthéon in the heart of the Latin Quarter, Rue de Mirbel sits in one of the most authentic and lively parts of the 5th arrondissement. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.
