Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: a bunk bed (top bunk not suitable for an adult)
- Shower room with walk-in shower.
- Separate WC.
Outside:
- A beautiful garden enclosed by an electric gate of approximately 200 m² with a swing and a boules court, which are available for adults as well as boules for children.
- A terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
The house is ideally located in Loctudy, in a very pleasant environment within a cul-de-sac. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market, 300 metres from the beach and 2 km from the nautical centre...

- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
