A bathroom (shower and bathtub) with a separate toilet completes the ground floor.

- a toilet with a washbasin. Outside, there's a garden with a terrace, barbecue, and griddle. The garage provides storage for strollers or bicycles.
Adult and children's bicycles are available.
Two reserved parking spaces are located on the street in front of the house.
