Summary: The hotel is well located and, overall, it is a good and reasonable hotel. It is situated right by the sea and close to the city centre. The pool area is also nice and adequate. The breakfast buffet is very large, with a great selection. The food in the restaurant, however, was somewhat disappointing and did not match the overall standard of the hotel. The staff were very friendly, although we experienced that the service level could be improved. For example, several times during our one-week stay, we had to ask for two large towels instead of only one (as we were two guests). There was also no soap available in the bathroom when we arrived, although this was fixed after we mentioned it. On our arrival day, our food was served completely cold after we had waited approximately 40 minutes. After giving our feedback, we were offered the possibility of ordering a new burger, but we had to wait again and pay for the replacement meal. The bathroom design also makes it difficult to take a shower without getting the entire floor wet, which is somewhat inconvenient. The cleaning was acceptable, but at times it seemed a little too rushed. For example, dirty cups were not removed, and crumbs on the floor were not vacuumed away even after several days. I hope these points can be improved, as the hotel has great potential and many positive qualities. With a few adjustments, it could become an even better experience for future guests. :)
